DESCRIPTION

Lampa has roots dating back to pre-Inca times and preserves archaeological remains, rock art, and traces of both the Inca and colonial periods. Its cultural heritage comes alive during local festivities through dances, customs and handicrafts. Lampa is known as the “Pink City” for the characteristic color of many of its buildings.
